Why Law, and why Real Estate
I've always been drawn to law — not just as a profession, but as a discipline that shapes how society functions, how conflicts are resolved, and how people protect what matters to them.
I completed my degree fascinated by the intersection of legal frameworks and real-world decision-making. I wanted to understand not just what the law says, but how it applies when people are actually making decisions about their lives and assets.
That curiosity led me to real estate. Property law isn't just contracts and registries, it's where legal theory meets practical reality every single day. Urban planning regulations, ownership structures, tax implications, inheritance, cross-border transactions, disputes between parties with competing interests.
Working in the real estate sector before practicing law gave me something invaluable: I saw how transactions actually work, how deals get structured, and where legal issues create real problems for real people.
Today, I combine both perspectives. I approach legal work with genuine interest in the discipline itself — I read case law, I follow regulatory changes, I think about how legal structures can be used strategically.
But I also approach it from a practical standpoint, understanding that my clients don't need academic analysis — they need clear guidance that helps them make informed decisions.
